Your role will include:
- Supporting the child throughout the school day in line with their EHCP.
- Helping them engage in learning activities and classroom routines.
- Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships with peers.
- Using strategies to support communication, emotional wellbeing and self-regulation.
- Working collaboratively with school staff and external professionals.
- Celebrating successes, no matter how small, and helping the child achieve their personal goals.
What Are We Looking For?

You may already have experience working with children with SEND, or you may bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn. We would love to hear from candidates who are:
- Caring, patient and empathetic.
- Positive, resilient and adaptable.
- Able to remain calm and supportive when challenges arise.
- Strong communicators who work well as part of a team.
- Passionate about inclusion and helping every child reach their potential.
Why Join Us?
We are proud to be a warm and welcoming school where children and staff are valued and supported. We offer:
- A friendly and dedicated team who work together to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- A rewarding role where you will see the impact of your work every single day.
- A school community that places kindness, inclusion and wellbeing at its heart.
