Year 6 Teacher – North Sheffield
£120–£200 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a committed and motivated Year 6 Teacher to work in supportive primary schools across North Sheffield. This is a key role supporting pupils through their final year of primary education and preparing them for SATs and transition to secondary school.
The Role:

Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Prepare pupils effectively for Year 6 SATs through targeted teaching and assessment

Track pupil progress, identify gaps in learning and implement intervention strategies
-
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
-
Work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to support pupil outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
-
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
-
Confident with SATs preparation and assessment frameworks
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
