We’re looking for an experienced and confident Year 4 Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in CF23 from January. This is a brilliant opportunity for a teacher who thrives on making a difference — someone who brings energy, creativity and a calm, consistent approach to the classroom.
The school is proud of its warm, community feel and its dedicated staff who work together to support every child. Behaviour across the school can be challenging at times, so this role would suit a teacher who’s resilient, patient and has solid classroom management skills. About you:

Strong classroom experience, ideally within KS2

Confident managing challenging behaviour with a positive, restorative approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
