Year 3 Primary Teacher – Full Time – M40
Potential Opportunity: TLR available for the right candidate
A primary school in M40 is seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their team from May 2026. This role is a full‑time position through to the end of the academic year, with strong potential to continue into September 2026. A TLR may be offered for candidates who can demonstrate clear leadership potential, subject knowledge strength, and a proven track record of raising attainment.
You will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning, and ensuring children make strong progress across the curriculum. The school values creative teaching, consistency, and clear communication with pupils, colleagues, and parents. You will work closely with the KS2 team, contribute to planning and assessment, and support whole‑school initiatives.
The school is looking for someone who brings confidence, strong curriculum knowledge, and the ability to build excellent relationships with pupils. Prior experience in KS2 is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
