Year 4 Teacher – Primary Schools | Barnsley & Sheffield

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an inspiring Year 4 Teacher to join supportive and welcoming primary schools across Barnsley and Sheffield.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Support pupils in developing confidence and independence in their learning.
  • Prepare pupils for the Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check.
  • Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs.
  • Monitor progress and provide targeted support to ensure strong outcomes.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Strong curriculum knowledge in English and Maths.
  • Effective classroom management skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach with high expectations for all learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
