General Teaching Assistant Roles within Eastbourne

Are you passionate about making a difference in young minds?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting TAs to work within ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rated Primary Schools in and around the Eastbourne area. 

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Pay Rate: £400 - £425 per week.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support classroom activities and assist the lead teacher
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Help with classroom organization and resource preparation
  • Engage in effective communication with parents and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (desirable but not mandatory)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
