Full-Time SEMH TAs Required – January Start (Poole)
Teaching Personnel are urgently seeking full-time Teaching Assistants for an SEMH school in Poole. The school caters for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs including anxiety, depression and attachment disorders, and requires dedicated staff who can start in January.
Role Responsibilities:

Providing individual and small-group support
-
Using de-escalation and relationship-based approaches
-
Encouraging engagement in learning
-
Supporting emotional regulation and daily routines
Requirements:
-
Background in SEMH, SEN, care, youth work, mental health or similar
-
Full-time availability
-
Resilience, empathy and strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
