IT Teacher – Secondary School – Basingstoke – September 2025 Start
Are you an innovative and motivated IT Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity?
We are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of IT/Computer Science to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Farnham, starting in September 2025. This is a full-time role teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a school at the heart of educational innovation as a proud member of the South Farnham Educational Trust.
About the Role:
- Full-time IT Teacher position starting September 2025
- Deliver engaging lessons in IT/Computer Science to students in KS3 & KS4
- Help develop a high-quality computing curriculum and support pupils of all abilities
- Make effective use of classroom technology and digital tools
- Collaborate with a supportive team to raise standards in digital learning
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or is an experienced/unqualified IT educator with relevant teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of IT and/or Computer Science curricula
- Committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Enthusiastic about using technology to inspire and motivate students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
