English Teacher – Secondary School – Farnborough – September 2025 Start

Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher ready to make a difference this September?

We are recruiting for a passionate and committed Teacher of English to join a thriving secondary school in Farnborough from September 2025. This is a full-time, longer-term role teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, with the potential for a permanent appointment. The school welcomes applications from ECTs, unqualified teachers, and experienced educators.


About the Role:

  • Full-time English teaching position starting in September 2025

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils

  • Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages a love of English

  • Plan, mark and assess in line with curriculum expectations

  • Contribute to the wider school community and extra-curricular opportunities


Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS or has relevant experience teaching English at secondary level

  • Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature

  • Confident in managing classroom behaviour effectively
