  • Monitor academic and emotional progress, maintaining accurate and meaningful records

  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to help pupils reflect and progress

  • Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams and external professionals

  • Maintain strong communication with families and contribute to reviews and planning meetings

  • Support both academic and pastoral development as part of a holistic approach

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

  • Strong understanding of learners who face engagement barriers, anxiety or disrupted education

  • Confident in adapting curriculum plans to individual profiles

  • Calm, thoughtful and resilient when supporting learners with varying needs

  • Able to travel independently – driving licence required due to location

  • Excellent communication, organisation and the ability to work independently when required

Your Professional Qualities

  • Creative, solution-focused mindset

  • Warm, patient and able to build trust quickly

  • Reflective, adaptable and confident managing varied environments

  • Professional boundaries, reliability and consistency
