Teaching Personnel are currently seeking flexible, passionate and committed Teachers—both Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) and Experienced Teachers—to work across a variety of schools throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT).

About the Role

• Base Location: Merthyr Tydfil (working across RCT)
• Role Type: Flexible day‑to‑day supply, short‑term, and long‑term placements
• Start Date: ASAP
• Subjects/Phases:
  • Primary (Foundation Phase & KS2)
  • Secondary (all subjects considered)
  • SEN schools (optional)
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday (term‑time)

This role is suited to teachers who enjoy variety, adapt well to new environments, and are confident delivering pre‑set work to support pupils’ learning.

Requirements

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
