About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operational leadership of a school, enabling teaching and learning to thrive.

We Are Looking For Professionals Who:

  • Have proven experience in school business management or education operations

  • Demonstrate strong financial management and budget planning expertise

  • Understand compliance, safeguarding, health & safety and risk management

  • Lead HR processes including recruitment, performance management and workforce planning

  • Manage estates and facilities strategically and efficiently

  • Provide sound advice to Headteachers and Governing Bodies

  • Work with integrity, discretion and resilience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
