Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for a better work/life balance?

Or an ECT looking for the right school for them?

Teaching Personnel work with multiple schools based in Lewisham, Greenwich and Dartford to help them find short term or long-term cover in school.

We are looking for primary teachers – newly qualified and fully qualified – to work in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Daily rate: £135-190/day
Full time and part time positions available!


Why become a Teacher with Teaching Personnel:

  • Bookings are either made in advance or on the morning you are required. Most of the work will be booked in advance but there may be occasions where you will be called before the school start for work on the same day.

  • You are in control of the days you want to work without the pressure or stress of a permanent position.
  • It can provide great experience for newly qualified teachers or new experiences for experienced teacher.

The ideal teacher should:

  • Be Primary Education trained (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • Be confident in using behaviour management strategies.
  • Be passionate about ensuring that every child is nurtured and developed to their full potential.
  • Have good availability between Monday and Friday, part-time or full-time.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, staff and the wider school community.
  • Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or overseas Police clearances (if applicable).
  • Hold the legal right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
