Flexible Supply Teaching Opportunities in Wythenshawe and Surrounding Areas
Are you a qualified teacher seeking a flexible role where you can make a positive impact on pupils’ lives? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting supply teachers to work across Wythenshawe and nearby areas, providing vital support to local schools when they need it most.
This role offers complete flexibility, making it ideal for teachers who prefer not to commit to full-time work or who value greater control over their working schedule. No two days are the same, so adaptability and a genuine passion for supporting children across a range of learning environments are essential.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A strong understanding of the current national curriculum
- Previous classroom teaching experience
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school settings, classroom expectations, and pupil needs
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Effectively managing classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Engaging pupils with lesson content and supporting their learning and development throughout the day
These opportunities are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with weekly availability updates so we can match you with suitable placements. You’ll also have the flexibility to specify your preferred year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
