Teaching Personnel are working with Primary Schools across the Wimborne area of Dorset to help support with long and short term recruitment of Teachers and Support Staff. 

This can be a great opportunity for a newly Qualified Teacher looking to gain experience in different schools or for someone looking to reduce hours and take a step back from marking and planning.

As an education recruitment agency we work in several ways to suit you. 

Booking opportunities:

  • Day to day support and sickness cover. This means we will call you in the afternoon before or the morning of the day of work to see if free to cover sickness.
  • Short-term cover. Similar to day to day this will be day or week bookings to cover short-term abscences or course cover.
  • Long-term cover. This can be anywhere from 1-5 days a week for over 5 weeks. These positions can oftern turn into yearly long appointments or even permanent.
  • Temporary to Permanent employment. This will be anywhere from 1-5 days a week for 20 weeks, after the 20 weeks you will become a permamnent employee of the school. 

What we can offer:

  • Support with your document compliance, including Enhanced DBS applications & FREE Safeguarding Level 2 course (Required by all schools)
  • Dedicated consultant securing interviews, trials and confirmation of short or longterm bookings.
  • MyTP app where you can update your diary and accept or decline bookings as you wish. 
  • Access to other Free and Discounted courses to build and upskill making yourself more appealing to school employers. 

Requirements:

  • Enhanced Child DBS certificate that is registered to the update service.
  • Fully Qualitifed Teacher Status (QTS or equivialnt)
  • Experience teaching across EYFS to KS2/3 (any Key stage experience accepted)
  • Flexibility and drive to deliver excellent lessons, whether they are pre-planned or planned by you!
  • Completion of our vetting/compliance checks, enabling you to work with children safely.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
