Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Begin with a temporary contract and transition into a permanent role based on whether the role is right for you!
Pay: £90-£100 per day – Competitive rates paid weekly through Teaching Personnel, dependent on experience.

Our partner schools are dedicated to inclusivity and provide outstanding education for pupils with additional needs. Each school ensures you feel prepared and supported with a meet-and-greet session and a trial day.
Our partner schools seek dedicated professionals or individuals with transferable skills to work across various areas, including Primary Support, Secondary Support, PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health), Complex Needs and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support for pupils with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers on personalised learning plans.
- Create a positive and safe environment for emotional and social development.
- Adapt resources and activities to individual learning styles.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to meet students' holistic needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for supporting children and young people with SEN.
- Previous education or care experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training.
