Teaching Personnel are working alongside a primary and secondary SEN school that is based in the Brighton & Hove area. The school are currently on the look out for outstanding educators who are both resilient and hardworking as well as having a strong passion for special educational needs.

About the role:

The chosen SEN Friend will be expected to support both their primary and secondary pupils, working both 1:1 and in small groups. You will be working closely with the staff who already attend the school, the school has more of a family feel rather than a working environment as it’s important to work collaboratively together.

About the school:

The school cater for primary and secondary aged pupils from 6-16 years of age. The school have fantastic facilities including an indoor swimming pool and ‘outdoor areas’ which are attached to every classroom to help with de-escalation techniques.

Additional Information:

Travel: Bus

Pay: £430 - £460 per week

Hours: 8:30am – 15:30pm

Location: Brighton

DBS: Child Only Enhanced DBS – can be applied through Teaching Personnel at a discounted price

Experience: PMLD (Profound, Multiple, Learning, Difficulties)

Contract: Temp to Perm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
