About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a wide range of needs in Bideford’s exceptional SEN schools. These schools are committed to creating an inclusive and positive environment, offering personalised support to children with additional needs. You’ll be part of a skilled and compassionate team that fosters a supportive and enriching educational experience. As part of the role, you’ll benefit from full preparation and support, including a meet-and-greet session and a trial day to ensure you’re confident and comfortable in your new setting.

Key Details:

• Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings to match your availability
• Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – With the potential to move into a permanent role
• Pay: £85–£95 per day – Competitive weekly pay based on experience

Your Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs
• Work closely with class teachers to implement individualised learning plans
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic student progress
