SEN Teacher
Job description
An inspiring specialist primary provision in Warminster is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher with QTS to join their dedicated team. The setting provides a highly supportive and structured environment for pupils aged 6–11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The school is recognised for its nurturing ethos, small class sizes, and strong focus on building positive relationships. Staff work collaboratively to create a calm and engaging learning environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and able to succeed both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEMH needs

Create a structured, nurturing classroom environment

Support pupils’ emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development

Work closely with teaching assistants and pastoral staff

Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience or strong interest in SEN and SEMH education
-
Patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive teaching

Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

Committed to supporting pupils to reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
