Job description

We are working in partnership with a highly respected specialist provision in Poole that is recognised for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to supporting children to achieve both academically and personally.

The setting offers a welcoming, well-structured environment where staff are valued and supported, and where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.


The Role

  • Full-time Teacher position with QTS required

  • Working with pupils aged 5–15

  • Working hours: 8.45am to 4.15pm

  • Primary teaching opportunities available

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Working collaboratively with support staff and leadership to promote positive outcomes

  • Immediate start available


Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children in an educational setting

  • Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable

  • A flexible, patient and nurturing teaching approach

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Commitment to inclusive and child-centred education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
