Learning Support Assistant
Are you calm, patient, and motivated to make a real difference? We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Guildford, supporting children and young people aged 2–19 with a range of learning needs, including SLD and autism.
What the role involves:
You’ll work alongside teachers and therapists to help students access learning, build communication skills, and feel confident in the classroom. This includes offering tailored support, encouraging independence, and helping to create a positive, structured environment where every pupil can thrive.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need SEN experience — just empathy, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting young people. Training is provided, and an enhanced DBS will be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
