Salary: Up to £172.98 per day

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Secondary Teachers and Cover Supervisors to work in a secondary school in the Milford Haven area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident in managing behaviour and passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
About the School
This is a high-behaviour setting, and the role can be challenging at times. The successful candidates will need strong classroom management skills, emotional resilience, and a consistent, firm but fair approach. The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism for teachers)
- Supervise pre-set work and manage classroom behaviour (Cover Supervisors)
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Adapt to different subjects and year groups as required
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development

Requirements for Teacher and Cover Supervisor
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for teaching roles (or relevant degree/experience for Cover Supervisors)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- An Enhanced Child Only DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- A full 24 months of references covering the last two years
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
