A growing and inclusive secondary school in Farnham is seeking a talented and motivated Second in English to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position offering career progression and the chance to play a key role in shaping the English curriculum.
About the Role:
- Full-time Second in English position starting September 2025
- Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Support the Head of Department in raising standards of teaching and learning
- Contribute to the development of curriculum plans, resources, and assessment strategies
- Provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues within the department
- Model excellent classroom practice and contribute to whole-school CPD

- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English in secondary schools
