Reception Primary Teacher 

Location: Banstead, Surrey

Start Date: January 2026 

Contract Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: To Scale

 

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel are seeking for an ambitious and creative part-time Reception Primary Teacher (4 days) for a fantastic Primary School in Banstead, Surrey. This is a role to start from after January 2026.You’ll become part of a supportive team that values creativity, collaboration, and academic excellence. The school offers a nurturing environment where both pupils and staff can thrive.

 

Key Requirements:

-Deliver EYFS curriculum to a Reception class

-Observe and assess children’s progress

-Raising the standards of all pupils

-Build relationships with both staff and children

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-QTS or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification.

-Prior experience teaching as a Nursery or Reception teacher

-Must have PGCE Degree or any relevant qualificaton

-Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply via Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
