£130–£251 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Psychology Teachers to work across secondary schools in and around Gateshead. Whether you’re looking for full-time stability or flexible part-time work, we have opportunities to suit your needs.
The Role
As a Psychology Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Teach Psychology across Key Stages 3 and 4 (opportunities for KS5)
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- A passion for your subject and inspiring young learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
