Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time | Old Trafford | September Start
Teaching Personnel is delighted to partner with a warm, inclusive primary school in Old Trafford, currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time position (8:30am – 3:30pm), perfect for a teacher with a passion for early years education and a drive to make a lasting impact within a supportive school community.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons tailored to Year 1 pupils
- Assess and monitor student progress, offering clear feedback and targeted support
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and improve pupil outcomes
- Engage in continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Year 1 or Key Stage 1
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to suit a range of learning needs
- Good understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in using technology to support learning
