About the Role
You will be:
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and a positive learning environment
- Assisting with academic tasks across literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum subjects
- Monitoring progress and providing valuable feedback to teachers
- Building strong, nurturing relationships with pupils to create an inclusive, safe space
- Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners
- A passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
- Flexibility, resilience, and creativity in your teaching approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- An Enhanced DBS check (support available)
- Ability to travel between schools is desirable but not essential

Our daily rates & hours:
Fully Qualified Teachers: £163 – £238.18 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Cover Supervisors: £120 - £145 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
HLTAs: £110 - £120 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Teaching Assistants: £90 - £110 (depending on experience and qualifications)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
