Primary Teachers – Supply & Long-Term Roles

Location: Darlington, Newton Aycliffe & Bishop Auckland
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Supply, or Long-term
Start Date: Immediate & Ongoing
Salary: £120–£165 day to day (long term depending on responsibilites may be a higher rate)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Primary Teachers (EYFS, KS1 & KS2) to join our expanding network of schools across Darlington, Aycliffe and Bishop Auckland. Whether you’re looking for flexible supply work, a long-term class teacher role, or the next step in your teaching career, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and support pupils

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams

  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching where needed

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A passion for teaching and helping children achieve

  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude

  • Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (any welcomed)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
