Job description

Primary School Teacher – East Riding of Yorkshire

Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work across our partner primary schools in East Riding of Yorkshire. We are looking for both full-time and part-time teachers, and welcome applications from Fully Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

These roles are available immediately and offer competitive daily rates between £130 – £200 per day, depending on experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Previous experience working with primary-aged children within a school setting
  • Basic First Aid certification is desirable but not essential
  • A clear DBS check (or willingness to obtain one – we can support you with this)

  • An individual who uses creative and innovative teaching strategies to motivate learners
  • Someone who can build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents

  • A teacher who is ambitious, dedicated, and respectful

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
