KS1 Teacher (Job Share) – Part-Time
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Small Village School near Salisbury

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our friendly village school community from September, working part-time as part of a job share.

Our school is proud of its warm community spirit, where pupils, staff, and families work closely together to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment. We are a small village school where every member of staff is valued, and where collaboration and kindness underpin everything we do.

You will be joining a thoughtful and supportive Senior Leadership Team, committed to staff wellbeing and professional development. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working as part of a team and values strong relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents.

The Role:

  • Teaching within Key Stage 1 as part of a job-share arrangement
  • Part-time position starting in September
  • Working collaboratively with your job-share partner to plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive

Salary
Salary and responsibilities will be discussed depending on experience and the level of planning responsibilities within the job-share arrangement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
