MFL Teacher (Spanish Specialism) – Paid to Scale

Start Date: May Half Term or September 2025 (Flexible)

Pay: MPS/UPS – Paid to Scale
Are you a passionate and qualified MFL Teacher with a specialism in Spanish? Are you looking for your next exciting teaching role in a supportive and forward-thinking school?
We are working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school seeking an inspiring Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong command of Spanish and a proven ability to engage and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 if applicable).
The role is available from May half term 2025 to support with upcoming curriculum needs or alternatively from September 2025, depending on your availability and experience.
This role is with a view to go permanent.
The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Have a Spanish specialism with the ability to teach across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable)

Demonstrate strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

Be committed to raising standards and supporting student progress

Be flexible, enthusiastic, and a proactive team member

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
