Job description

Teaching Assistant (Level 1–3) – Primary Schools

DN11 Area, Doncaster

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with some fantastic, welcoming, and highly supportive primary schools in the DN11 area of Doncaster, and we are looking to recruit Level 1–3 Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

Whether you’re an experienced TA or newly qualified and looking to gain classroom experience, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Working 1:1, in small groups, or within the wider classroom
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

We’re Looking For:

  • Level 1, 2, or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
  • Newly qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants are both welcome to apply
