Are you an inspiring and knowledgeable educator with expertise in Business and Law? Our client, a well-regarded further education college based in Cambridge, is seeking a dynamic and committed Lecturer to join their Business & Law department. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the academic journey of students preparing for careers in business, management, and legal sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Business and Law programmes at Levels 2–5

  • Prepare engaging learning materials and assess students’ progress in line with awarding body requirements

  • Support learners through tutorials, academic feedback, and personal development

  • Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one

  • A degree in Business, Law, or a closely related subject

  • Experience teaching within further education or a similar setting

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills

  • A student-centred approach and a passion for education
