What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a supportive team helping students grow in confidence, independence, and self-belief. Some days you’ll be celebrating small wins; others you’ll be helping a student realise they can achieve far more than they ever thought.

• Bring positivity, reliability, and a can-do attitude

• Enjoy working in dynamic, creative environments

• Have patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support young people

• Have experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work—or you’ve studied something relevant and want to put your skills to real use

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
