KS2 Teaching Assistant – SATs Preparation Support (Level 3) – Bury

Start Date: After Easter (Monday 20th April)

Hours: Part-Time, 8:30am–3:30pm (2-3 days - Flexible Days)

Teaching Personnel is pleased to be supporting a welcoming primary school in Bury that is looking for a committed KS2 Teaching Assistant to provide targeted SATs preparation and learning support after Easter until the end of the academic year, with the view to continuing in the next academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 TA who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential across a range of abilities and needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

· Deliver targeted SATs preparation sessions to small groups and individual pupils

· Support children with a variety of learning needs across KS2

· Assist with classroom activities, booster groups, and interventions

· Monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher

· Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams

· Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

· Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)

· Experience supporting pupils across KS2 (SATS preparation desirable)

· Ability to adapt support for a range of learning needs

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· A positive, encouraging, and proactive approach
