Job Title: KS2 Teacher
Start: September
Location: London (W9)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part time
Remote working: On-site only

The Role:
- Assess learning objectives have been achieved
- Ability to evaluate pupil performance in line with the National Curriculum standards
- Provide regular written and verbal feedback
- Maintain a creative learning environment for all pupils
- Establish a strong working relationship with colleagues
- Identify pupils who may have learning needs and put appropriate plans in place
- Responsibility to monitor safeguarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children’s early literacy and numeracy development through structured activities and rich, language-based interactions.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of transition programmes, supporting children as they move into Reception or from Reception to Key Stage 2.
- Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management procedures.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring support and feedback to individual needs
- Engage with professional development and contribute to the wider school community
The ideal candidate:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), relevant degree (usually a bachelor’s in education or a subject related to the one you’ll teach).
- Experience of working in a UK primary school
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Passion for child development
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Desire to incorporate cross-curricular skills
- Ability to plan, prepare and execute inclusive and engaging lessons in line
