Job Title: KS2 1:1 SEN Tutor
Location:
East of England, Essex, Corringham

Salary:
£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide 1:1 tutoring and support to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Create individualised learning plans to address the specific needs of each student.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the learning styles and abilities of the students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for the students.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Knowledge of SEN educational strategies and interventions.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of SEN Code of Practise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training in specific interventions for SEN students.
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in the learners home.
- May require travel to different locations within the East of England.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
