Position: Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher
Location: WF12
Contract Type: Full Time
Start Date: January 2024
Pay: £120-£160 per day

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our dynamic team of teaching staff. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners aged 5 to 7 years old. Your passion for teaching and dedication to student development will be key in creating a positive and engaging learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum, catering to the needs of all pupils.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
- Utilise a range of teaching methods and resources to facilitate active learning and encourage independent thinking.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to aid their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and progressive curriculum, promoting a seamless transition for students.
- Engage parents and carers in the education process, maintaining open communication and involving them in their child's progress.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies, promoting positive behaviour and attitudes in the classroom.
