ICT TEACHER Cardiff

At teaching personnel we work in partnership with schools all across South Wales. One of our partners, a Cardiff Secondary school has a vacancy in their IT department for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join their faculty.

The department is in a close-knit school and for the right candidate will provide and excellent opportunity to develop, engage and unlock student potential.

The School and Position

  • IT teacher for secondary school pupils aged between 11-18.
  • School rated ‘GOOD’  overall on latest ESTYN inspection with Learning experiences: Excellent
  • Large school with over 1650 pupils
  • Strong senior leadership team focussed on Career development

The Successful IT Teacher

  • Strong experience of teaching IT at secondary level up to and including A-level.
  • Hold an in depth knowledge of the national curriculum, student interaction and good behaviour management skills
  • Both newly and fully qualified ICT Teachers may apply
  • The suitable candidate will interview immediately as this is regarding an offer of a long term position after the summer holiday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
