Geography Teacher – Durham Secondary School
Full time, start ASAP, KS3 to KS4.
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Geography Teacher for a well supported Durham secondary school. If you enjoy helping young people understand the world and their place within it, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be teaching:
- Geography across KS3 and KS4
- Exploring physical and human geography
- Developing curiosity about global issues
- Strengthening analytical and critical thinking skills
- Understanding environments, cultures, and global challenges
You'll join a collaborative Humanities department with a supportive ethos.
You need:
- QTS or a recognised teaching qualification
- Ability to teach Geography confidently at secondary level
- Track record of delivering structured, engaging lessons
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Commitment to high standards and positive behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
