EYFS Teaching Assistant

Early Years SEN Teaching Assistants needed - are you a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS teaching assistant who has experience or is a specialist in autism? Would you like to increase your experience working with SEN pupils of varying degree of ability and behaviour? Do you want a rewarding job where you can genuinely make a difference?


The Role:

The role will be based in the area of – Staplefield applicants will be working in a classroom supporting teachers and fellow support workers on a 1:2 basis with pupils. The role will operate between 8:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday. Supporting pupils who are Yearly Years, full time is preferred but part time applicants may still apply, as job shares can be available. 


 The Candidate:

Teaching Personnel want to hear from you Job Description Early Years department SEN teaching assistant with a specialism in autism working on a 1:2 basis excellent schools across the West Sussex area. Being comfortable with catering for personal care needs, the ideal candidate will have knowledge and/or experience of SEN understanding in a care or educational setting that they can build upon a sense of humour and to be able to build rapport with candidates.

 Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with several fantastic schools in the West Sussex area looking for SEN behaviour support assistants to work 1:2 with 2 autistic children within the Early Years department.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later
