Rate of Pay: From £13.75 per hour

Teaching Personnel are seeking committed, driven and passionate EYFS Practitioners to support a thriving nursery in the Greasby area. If you’re enthusiastic about early years education and looking for flexible work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Nursery:

  • A high‑quality, flexible and affordable childcare provider offering a warm, nurturing environment for early years children.
  • Open 7:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, providing excellent flexibility for both families and staff.
  • Led by highly qualified and experienced staff, including a qualified Primary Teacher, creating a strong learning‑focused environment.
  • Offers flexible sessions, term‑time only options, and Holiday, Breakfast & After‑School Clubs, making it a versatile early years setting.
  • Excellent feedback received from parents and external agencies.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care within the EYFS setting.
  • Support children’s learning and development through play, activities and observations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies.
  • Communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.
  • Adapt quickly to new settings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an EYFS setting (Nursery, Reception, etc.) OR experience working with children in any environment
  • A nurturing, adaptable and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Willingness to complete EYFS CPD training
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
