English Teacher – Secondary | Lincoln 
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Position: Full-Time or Job Share Available
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
Pay: Discretionary, experience based on scale

Are you an inspiring English Teacher ready to help students achieve their full potential?

We’re currently seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher to support secondary school students in Lincoln as they prepare for their upcoming exams. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or a job share, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Supporting students in the lead-up to their exams, focusing on both language and literature

  • Adapting your approach to meet the needs of diverse learners

  • Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages progress

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching English at secondary level

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A passion for supporting student achievement and exam success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
