English Teacher – Full-Time (Temporary)
Pay: £140–£220 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and engaging English Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys inspiring a love of language, literature, and creative expression in the classroom ✍️✨

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
  • Teach a range of literature, language, and writing skills
  • Encourage confident reading, writing, and discussion
  • Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
  • Support the wider English department as required

‍‍ The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
  • Recent experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
