Early Career Teachers

Are you an ECT seeking a new role for September 2023?

Perhaps you are in your final year of Teacher placement and are seeking to start a full-time role for the next academic year?

Do you have experience in being an outstanding classroom practitioner?

Are you able to provide excellent lesson outcomes?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with several schools in Hailsham and the surrounding areas who are seeking early career teachers for roles in the new academic year. 

We are seeking teachers who are looking for full-time roles until the end of the next academic year and have experience in teaching across one key stage.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2 
  • Hold relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE)
  • Be a UK resident with right to work 
  • Friendly, pro-active, and dedicated 
  • Able to provide excellent lesson outcomes 
  • Hold a child only DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
