The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or newly qualified teacher to start their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school.

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
