Start Date: After Easter 2026
Contract: Full-time, long‑term (potential permanent)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and innovative Design & Technology Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A welcoming and high‑achieving secondary school in Weymouth is seeking a committed D&T specialist to join their team after the Easter break.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Design & Technology across Key Stages 3 & 4
- Deliver engaging lessons across specialisms such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Engineering (flexible depending on your strengths)
- Inspire creativity while maintaining high standards of learning and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development within a supportive department
- Actively participate in the wider school community

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
