Fully Qualified Computer Science Teacher – Wirral
Teaching Personnel are seeking a fully qualified Computer Science Teacher to join one of our partnership secondary schools located in the Wirral. This is a full-time position available for an immediate start, with the potential to progress to a permanent role for the right candidate.

- Progression: Temp-to-Perm opportunity
- Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS), dependent on experience
Role Summary
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role requires full teaching responsibilities, including planning, delivering lessons, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Computer Science and ICT
- Assume full classroom responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment
- Support students of varying abilities and contribute to raising attainment
- Uphold high expectations regarding behaviour, progress, and achievement
- Engage with departmental and whole-school initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- QTS or QTLS (essential)
- Specialism in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
- Availability to start immediately on a full-time basis
