Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Full Time
Location: ALN Unit, SA2 Swansea

About the Provision:
• Specialist Teaching Facility within a mainstream primary setting, offering a nurturing and inclusive environment
• Supports learners with a range of needs including social communication and interaction, moderate learning difficulties, speech and language needs, sensory processing differences and emotional regulation challenges
• Uses structured routines, visual supports and differentiated teaching to help pupils access learning and develop independence
• Strong emphasis on teamwork — working closely with families and external professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support
• Focus on developing communication, emotional wellbeing, social understanding and confidence

• Previous experience working with ALN pupils
• Patience, positivity and a nurturing approach
• Strong communication skills with pupils, staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
