I am the Liverpool Branch Manager here at Teaching Personnel, a role which I have held since December 2016. My responsibilities include, meeting the recruitment needs for a variety of Secondary Schools and Academies across Merseyside. And in addition to recruiting and assisting Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff in finding work; I also manage, lead and motivate a team of 3 Recruitment Consultants covering Primary and SEN Schools. I have been with the company since May 2014 and have worked my way up from a Trainee Consultant to Branch Manager, something I have worked hard for and I am proud of.
Prior to my Recruitment experience, I worked in the UK and overseas as a Customer Service Manager for a large UK mail order company. I hold a degree in Education & Professional Studies and have worked in various secondary schools across Lancashire as a Support Assistant. I have a sound understanding of the Education sector and good Business knowledge coupled with a calm nature and a professional approach.
